James the brother of Jesus wrote "Therefore to him who knows to do good and doies not do it, to him it is sin" James 4v17"
We often think that doing something bad or thinking something bad is a sin (something that makes God angry) but the Bible teaches that not doing something good when you know you should, is also a sin!

We all know that being nasty to someone is wrong but not being nice to someone is also wrong! If you see someone who needs your help, care, kindness etc and you don't give it to them, then that according to the Bible, is a sin. |
