Peer pressure? How do you cope with it? How often do you think the pressure is for good and how often do you think it is for bad?

Peer pressure affects us most when we are bothered by what other people think of us - people like our friends or class mates.

The more confident you are in yourself and who you are and what you think, the less of a problem peer pressure is.

Following others to be cool and to fit in, is like thinking robots are more important than free thinkers!

You can overcome the peer pressure to do or say something bad by being more convinced how special you are and how important your own thoughts and opinions are.
